West Coast Sikh Youth Alliance 2025 Summer Camp
West Coast Sikh Youth Alliance presents to you it's 31st Annual Summer Camp from August 9th-15th!
We are excited to announce that we will be holding our 31st annual WCSYA camp will be held at Khalsa Centre Miracle Valley, in Mission, BC.
This years topic Seva. During this camp, not only will campers be participating in lectures, there will be opportunities to participate in Darbar, take part in various seva opportunities, socialize and reconnect with other campers. At our camp, we offer a variety of fun summer activities such as high ropes course, kayaking, bubble soccer, archery, campfires and much more! Our camp offers youth to immerse themselves into Sikhi in an environment that is open, nonjudgmental and most importantly, fun. Take this opportunity to reconnect with Sikhi, socialize with other fellow sangat members and have fun!
The age for campers is 9-18 years old.
Registration deadline is July 30, 2025. Sign up early in order to receive the early bird discount! Below is the breakdown of the discounts:

FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
If you are not able to afford to pay the fees there are camp-ships (scholarships) available for lower-income families. Please contact via email sundeep@sflg.ca for more information.

Consent to Medical Treatment and General Consent
Consent to Medical Treatment
I agree that the West Coast Sikh Youth Alliance, its directors, camp staff, counselors and volunteers accept no liability in connection with the supervision or administration of medication to my child.
Camp staff will not supervise the administration of prescribed medication to students unless the parent or guardian expressly authorizes the administration of medication at Camp, the parent or guardian provides explicit written instructions regarding the manner in which the medication is to be administered, and there are staff available to undertake this task.
I do hereby consent to administering prescription medication and to emergency medical treatment to my son/daughter while he/she is at Khalsa Centre @ Miracle Valley.

I, (Parent or Guardian or camper if over the age of 19), give my son/daughter permission to attend and participate at the Sikh Youth Camp at Khalsa Centre @ Miracle Valley in Mission, BC.
I understand that my child will be participating in activities such as bus ride to and from Surrey to Khalsa Centre, kirtan darbars, lectures, workshops, sports, and any other activities the organizer may deem fit for this Sikh Youth Camp. I understand that Satnam Education Society, its officers, directors, trustees, employees, volunteers, agents, servants, predecessors, successors, parents, and associated companies are not liable for any injury that occurs to any participant while participating in any camp activities or loss of any property of any participants.
I give permission for my son/daughters pictures/audio/video to be taken and give permission for the materials to be used on camp related advertising, website, pamphlets, etc.
By signing below, I am providing my signature agreeing to all written above. (If camper is under 19, below must be signed by parent/guardian)
